We start with an in-depth assessment to   understand where you are now analysing your running history, current performance, biomechanics, and any previous injuries. This gives us a complete picture of your strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

 

2. Goal Setting & Personal Best Review
Together, we’ll discuss your goals - whether that’s completing your first 5K, smashing your marathon PB, or improving overall efficiency. We’ll also review your past performances to identify exactly what it will take to reach your next milestone.

 

3. Personalised Strength & Conditioning Program
If needed, you’ll receive a tailored strength and conditioning plan to complement your running. This helps improve power, stability, and injury resilience -key factors in becoming a stronger, faster runner.

 

4. Physiotherapy/ Soft Tissue Therapy
To keep you running at your best, we include physiotherapy/ soft tissue therapy sessions aimed at improving recovery, mobility, and muscle balance. These treatments help you move better and stay injury-free throughout your training cycle.

 

5. Bespoke Running Program (6–12 Weeks)
