Care and attention for your body and mind.

Pilates is a powerful tool for building strength from the inside out. Focusing on controlled movement,   balance, and breath, it targets the deep stabilising muscles that support posture and joint health. For rehabilitation, Pilates offers a gentle yet effective pathway to restore mobility, improve alignment, and reduce pain helping the body recover safely and sustainably. As a fitness practice, it enhances       flexibility, endurance, and core strength, creating a strong foundation for everday movement and long-term wellbeing. If you want a class where you are guided   effectively to ensure precision and control but to also be challenged and have fun then these classes are for you.

With over 20 years of physiotherapy knowledge and 10 years experience in teaching Pilates, you will receive tailored care and attention to your needs within a one-to-one session or our group classes.
