Running Physiotherapy and treatment

Physiotherapy for runners, by a physiotherapist who understands running.

Whether you are training for your first 5km, chasing a marathing PB or competing at club level, running injuries can be frustrating, disruptive and difficult to manage on your own.

As well as being a Physiotherapist with over 20 years in Musculoskeletal practice, Sarah is a lifelong runner who has competed at club level throughout her adult life- from 200m through to the marathon.

That means we understand running, not just from a clinical perspective but from that of the runner: training loads, race preparation, recoverym strength and conditioningm footwearm niggles that start small and become bigger problems and the frustration of having to stop something you love.
